Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Also contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the current investigative release.
